All sales are final. If you believe an item you received is not as described, please take clear photos of the discrepancy along with an explanation of why a return should be authorized.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This allows us to review the issue quickly and make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
